Its really good to know that what a urologist told me and an internal medicine doctor told me are true.. They both told me that as long as test is up and there weren't any other medical conditions coming into play that 5mg daily Cialis would never lose potency.. I have been on it for 2 months and I love it.. Of course im on TRT as well but im still in the game after a bout with propecia.. Doc told me that eventually I will not need 5mg daily anymore because I would be healed...Which is good?? What do u think about this??
I have not noticed any dependence or resistance on low dose Cialis. For those who don't know what we are talking about:
http://www.peaktestosterone.com/Cialis_Dependencyhttp://www.peaktestosterone.com/Viagra_ResistanceIn fact, that has led me to the theory that the "megadosing" or "horse dosing" of Cialis is what is causing most of the above.
Now I do have to say that imo you want to go as low as you can. I was very pleased recently because I found that I had only been taking 2 mg/day on average and not 2.5 as I originally thought. I basically divided the # of 20 mg tabs over the # of days to get that.
Anyway, the thing to remember is that Cialis does effect some of the other PDE enzyme system, i.e. there is crossover, and no one knows the long term effects of this. Will this lead to degraded vision in your 70's/80's? Could this accelerate atrophic gastritis for some guys? Some w/ hearing. We just don't know and so the lower you can go, the better.
Now Cialis does help a bit with blood pressure, gets you back in the sack and can help with enlarged prostate. So it has some real positive health advantages too. But all fo the above can be achieved naturally imo as well...
