Just an update. My last E2Tests as of 5/20 were as follows.
140244 = 16
0045145 = 37
What I do notice is my joints ache when the 4515 is at or below 22, My best feel and Sexual performance is at 26-31.
Also My SHBG follows very close with the 4515 test. (within 2-4 points).
Also peak asked about bone lose, I have a Dexa Scan every 2 years, I am 64 my latest scan said I had a bone density of a 25 year old and no risk of fracture.
Before 2012 I was not on TRT and my scan showed I had osteoporosis and high risk of fracture.
So I have mostly used the 4515 to judge my E2 and working with it my bone density went up not down.
I take vitamin D3 5000iu five days per wk. and an K2 vitamin with it.
Not sure how I missed this old post of yours. Hey, I posted this on another thread, but here is what Dr. Morgentaler and others had to say about it:
"Longitudinal studies have shown that low total and bioavailable E2 levels are associated with increased rate of bone loss, with increased risk at a threshold of 40 pmol/l."
