I tried alfuzosin 10mg and cialis 10mg today and my erections seemed to of came back pretty good, I see that im blowing dust, hardly any ejaculate. Does this further re-inforce my suspicions of a prostate issue? I mean there is liquid but a dribble

Could be.  But my understanding is that it is more often than not neuropathy-related:
