so no one has tried more than 2mg yet?

I decided to try 2mg yesterday morning and I'm impressed again.  I went to bed twelve hours after injection (after half a bottle of Rioja and about six Scotches) and developed an erection for no obvious reason before drifting off to sleep, and that seemed to be maintained the whole night.  (It was a disturbed night and I was conscious of a firm erection every time I awoke.)  A 'test' yesterday also suggested a pretty positive effect. Side effects weren't any greater than with 1mg, - consisting of a slight flushing lasting for an hour, a feeling a slight coldness, and slight 'dead' legs again.

Most reports on PT-141 suggest it's a bit unpredictable.  I think that's true.  But my general view since my last post, two weeks ago when I suggested it had stopped working for me, is that it has started to seem beneficial again taken at 1mg every three to six days. But yesterdays 2mg was a definite increase in effect.

Remember the clinical trials used up to 10mg per dose.  (But I agree that sounds slightly alarming.)

I tried 1mg, got the erection on and off, not 100 percent. no real libido boost though, maybe my batch is expiring

I shot 1.8mg yesterday, took a trial run about 6 hours later and had a better than usual erection, 90% I'd say. A bit later I added a 10mg Cialis and I think at about bed time, my mind was racing sexual thoughts, solid erection, and eventually I was able to get to sleep haha
Sunday was merely bland, erection later in the morning was about 75-80%. Later Sunday I had returned to normal. I did take another 10mg Cialis but haven't done anything with that.

10 mg of Cialis?  That's a huge dose imo.  More chances of side effects at this high of a dose.

I shot 2mg Sunday with good success, I think that that little stomach upset it kind of feels like some very low grade motion sickness. Very good erections paired with 10mg Cialis contrary to an unfounded opinion above. That was the last of my 141 vial and I probably won't play with it again.

PT-141 is strange stuff.  I've been continuing with 2mg injected every week or ten days.  The night following an injection, whether it's an early morning or an evening injection, I have erections seemingly all night long, starting even before I fall asleep, and it's a semi-wakeful night full of erotic dreams and youthful longings.   Achy legs for a day or so are the only obvious side effect.

But I’ve long held the view that npt and waking sexual erections have no correlation.  I’m now convinced they have an inverse relationship.  I detect reduced erectile function the day after a PT-141 injection, then improved function for a week or so after that.  Orgasms of late (a couple or several days after PT-141) have been the best ever

I think hypnotherapy would be by next experiment; to try to down-regulate sympathetic nervous system. It seems a lowered SNS is what allows you to have erections when asleep or partly asleep.

Well, that's an interesting theory.  Of course, young buck have erections during the day and at night and in the evening and....

By the way, I think you may be a going a little high.  Notice the achy legs the next day:  this reminds me of RLS, which is a sign of dopamine dysfunction.  If you go too high on dopamine, feedback will rebound everything and that seems to be what is happening to you?

Peak: that makes sense.  A high a response for 12 0r 18 hours, a rebound for a day, and then better function for a week.

Do you (or Mrs Peak T) think hypnotherapy can down-regulate the sns?

The experiment of injecting 2mg a week is becoming ever more encouraging. Even (or perhaps especially) six or seven days after  a PT-141 injection waking erections are faster, and firmer.  Most significantly orgasms are a lot more powerful.  After injecting (either in the morning or evening) erections can be induced, after retiring to bed, by thought alone - even before falling asleep.

I injected 2mg at midday today and, just now, whilst watching Top Gear, a spontaneous erection occurred.  That's the first spontaneous erection whilst not attempting to sleep.  (And I don't fancy Jeremy Clarkson at all.)

Side effects of PT-141 seem to be decreasing too.

Spring could, of course, have something to do with this.  More dopamine is produced in spring, which may further boost the natural dopamine enhancing effects of PT-141.  (I generally notice better performance at about this time of year. I think most men do.)

Peak has emailed to remind me that orgasms are about dopamine.  The recent striking increase in power of my orgasms, combined with a clear boost in erection speed and quality, suggests that the dopamine-enhancing effect of PT-141 lasts for at least seven or eight days.  Probably longer, but after the seventh or eighth day I have another injection. It seems to be having cumulative effect.
