Different Ways to Boost Your DHEA
« on: January 05, 2015, 06:55:25 am »
I make the assertion that no one on the forum has ever said that DHEA was a big help to them.  Let me know if you guys disagree though.

And here is my latest article that shows the ways I have come across to boost DHEA:

http://www.peaktestosterone.com/How_Increase_DHEA

THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE BOOK ON TRT/TESTOSTERONE:
https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Versus-Testosterone-Therapy-Myer/dp/1523210532/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499116128&sr=8-1&keywords=natural+versus+testosterone+therapy
And check out my New Peak Testosterone Program: http://www.peaktestosterone.com/peak_testosterone_program
If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.

PEAK i dont know if you remember my post, but i mentioned that after a week of taking DHEA i got morning wood, and i mean not semi, full morning wood for the first time in alot of years. DHEA seemed to  make me more alert and improved my concentration aswell. I had to stop taking it due to my blood test though which i did today.

I did get side effects though, such as a deeper voice and mild headaches at 50mgs.

My new TRT doc gave me a laundry list of a dozen OTC supps that she recommends for men to take.  At this time I only take about half, and these are your typical vitamins (C, D, b12, etc).

DHEA happens to be at the top of the list.  Can't remember the dosage, though.
My TRT Guide & eBook: http://www.trtguide.com
About Me: 35 y/o, 5'11", 165 lbs as of June 2015
TRT: 120 mg T + 1000 IU HCG weekly + 0.5 mg anastrozole, all in divided doses

You know I did remember that someone had a good experience, but I could not find it!  Thanks for the tip and I will put your comment onto that page...

Ha ha.  A side effect, eh?  I'd call that "normalization"...

I haven't taken DHEA yet.  I think I'm gonna start soon... still debating whether to go with a cream or pill.  Supps that I currently take are in my sig, which I update every now and then.

I wouldn't go too high.  There are some potential risks with DHEA - neuronal mostly - if you take too much...
