Btw, one thing a lot of these are ignoring is the LDL particle count. Basically, if you read Track Your Plaque, when that particle count gets up there, it creates a gradient effect and it will push LDL into the arterial wall. It's just simple chemistry and Gould, Esselstyn and Davis all discuss it. So I think it's naive to assume that just because you have a good triglyceride read that you are going to somehow be able to overcome that effect, but time will tell...
