So, I am a little confused. I am waiting  for a sensitive estradiol. I am having some low back to right flank pain. What is the goal range for the senstive test?

My old HRT clinic did 20-30 at the time.  Also, check out these:

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.

well it took a week to get the results.  I was taking 16o mg test with 250 iu 2x week HCG along with 1/4 mg arimidex 2 times weekly. That gave me a estradiol sensitive test of 16. Which would explain the back aches and insomnia. I did not have the results, but wanted to try a lower dose as that is now popular in the forum  ;D

I switched to 120 mg Test with the same HCG. I skipped the first arimidex (while waiting for the results), I slept great. I then took 0.25 mg arimidex 2 days ago and back came the insomnia and back ache.  I seem to not need a lot of help from arimidex, even with fairly high doses Testosterone. I am going to stay at 120mg for now with HCG and no estradiol blocker. My skin is not greasy here and I do not feel so amped up. I may be a little supra-physiological, but not much, by my estimation. Your prediction may not be that far off Peak (you said I would get down near 100mg). I may not go all the way down to 100 mg, but I am close

I wouldn't keep taking the Arimidex with estradiol that low myself.  And if you are dropping your cypionate dose, I can't see you needing it.  Discuss with your doc...

No, I said I am dropping the arimidex and staying at 120 mg Testosterone with the HCG. I have a little anxiety and melancholy back, but that may be the lower estrogen. If not, I may end up trying 140 mg Testosterone. Either way, I am finally zeroing in on where I feel best.

I think you're taking to big of a swing at things manipulating the AI and your TCyp dosing at the same time when all you needed to do was go once a week with the AI; small changes. That's what I would have done, right or wrong, but in my opinion you just threw more things in to flux than you needed to that will cloud your results.

I don't understand the taking less TCyp, either.

I am not sure what you mean. I was taking 200 mg TCyp nd had an off the chart test level. So, I needed to come down. (if you were referring to me)

in this thread I didn't see any thing you said about your Total and Free T, just what your'e taking and only the E2 test results. Maybe that's why I questioned why you dropped your dosage.
