Cash Price for HRT at a Clinic in the U.S.

Guys,

I'd like to gather information for how much you pay at your HRT clinic, or out of state HRT care, etc. for those who have to pay cash to try to show that HRT (or HCG Monotherapy) is within reach cost-wise for most of us.

Can anyone post costs and time frames for the office visits and HCG/cypionate?  I'd rather that you left the name of the clinic out for now.

I'll start with what someone sent me anonymously, although many of the time frames are left out and the cost of the office visits are not included:

"My clinic uses [edited] Compounding Pharmacy:

TCyp: 10ml/150mg vial $240 (compounded 5ml/150 vial they supply two vials on the order)
HcG: 10000iu vial $140 (compounded(?)) 5000ius they supply two vials)
Anastrozole (compounded capsule) 30caps/.25mg, $75."

The person in my original post wrote me and said:

"1 face-to-face Dr visit annually, basically a physical, etc.., They use a contract Physician in the local area, I was billed $310

"chart review" with Dr post lab work, kinda of a 3 way with the Dr/me/the "clinic", although I had no contact with the Dr, just the clinic, I was billed $135. That's probably 1-3 times per year.

Labs...Ive had my choice of Quest or LabCorp whichever is closer for me which has been ~$300 per visit, typical hormone panel, CBC, not much thyroid, and they dont do/order sensitive Estradiol."

My doctor is out of state.  My clinic reimburses me for a portion of my travel expenses when I go to see him.

I called the administrator of my companies health savings account about using it to pay for HRT. They stated, if you have a letter stating you have hypogonadism, it is covered. That knocks off about 1/4 for me. I pay $500 for supplies that now last me 13 weeks ( 10 ml test, 2 bottle HCG, arimidex and syringes)

Every bit helps, eh?  Didn't know how an HSA would work.

So how much do the office visits/consults cost and lab testing?  And are you going to a clinic, regular M.D. or what?

I pay $35 for a weekly 150mg in office injection. ($140 month)

I pay $10 a month for two (2) Arimidex (generic) pills. To be divided in half and taken once a week.

I'm still new to this so I'm getting blood work once a month. It costs $60 for a CBC, Testosterone and Estrogen test.

So right now I'm running at about $210 a month, not terrible, but not great either. If I have to see the doctor it costs $75.

I'm hoping as we get a long term dosage figured out, presumably less than I'm on now, that it will become a little cheaper, blood work less often and injections at home.

I was on Clomid and that was only $40 a month but only got my T levels from 270 to 450, I still have almost all the symptoms at 450.

Just wanted to revive this since I just placed an order and can give some time frame to those costs, that supply mentioned above lasted me 12 weeks, the TCyp and HcG (I didn't need to order Anastrozole at this time). So 380/3 = $127 a month...very tolerable (for me).
