Sexual Dysfunction
« on: December 17, 2011, 07:08:41 am »
My story might be a little unusual as I am only 25 years old but have had sexual dysfunction for the last four years - This is mainly due to the fact that I have taken one or another anti-depressants (SSRI's) since I was fifteen for stress and anxiety issues. My question is what would you recommend for somebody my age. I don't have low testosterone levels.  And my heart is apparently very healthy and I think tha sexual problems are due to the SSRI's. Would a change in diet help? I do exercise quite often already and have been told I am healthy (excellent blood pressure, low cholesterol, etc..)

A couple of q's:

So what are your T levels?  Do you mind posting them?

And have you told your doctor about the SSRI's?  What was done?
THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE BOOK ON TRT/TESTOSTERONE:

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.
