Telomere Length: What Matters is Time Seated

This article found that exercise is non-important and time sitting is incredibly important to the anti-aging marker telomere length:

Looks like my decision to walk to work instead of driving might pay off. I stand most of the day at work also

I kind of buy into ray kurzweil's ideas l kind of feel if I make it long enough I'll at least be able to live past the 125 year limit we have...

Well, living forever is no small task, but if you can end cancer it would be a huge help as it is much trickier than ending heart disease and autoimmune disease imo.  Then at least we could our lives without the grim reaper of cancer stalking us...
