There is a very interesting segment at the beginning. Here are a few highlights, many of which I am proud to say I give some coverage on my site:

--The B vitamins are critical for brain health.
--Many of the psychiatric medicines rob the body of B vitamins, potentially exacerbating some underlying issues.
--She has had good success by treating psychiatric disorders with comprehensive lifestyle changes (B vitamins, I believe C/omega-3's, Vit D3, exercise, diet, hormones). Can I hear an "Amen"?!?
What a different world it would be if we could get rid be if we could just get everyone following the above, eh?
