Dr. Abraham Morgentaler from Harvard wrote a book called Testosterone for Life which is a very good book in my self righteous, arrogant, and all knowing opinion.

This is a very good interview with him from a radio show and the lady guest actually raises some great points and asks the doctor about the ever growing number of young men who are coming into clinics nationwide with low T levels..

He was a huge pioneer!  We all owe him a huge debt of gratitude.  It's interesting, because if I had read his book 5 years ago, I could have saved myself so much trouble.  But, unfortunately, I read his book much later after walking through La Via Dolorosa of non-treatment and ignorance.

The gal at the beginning had a lot of interesting tidbits as well...

Thumbs up!

Guys:

There is a very interesting segment at the beginning.  Here are a few highlights, many of which I am proud to say I give some coverage on my site:

--Hormones are critical for brain health and mood

--The B vitamins are critical for brain health.

--Many of the psychiatric medicines rob the body of B vitamins, potentially exacerbating some underlying issues.

--She has had good success by treating psychiatric disorders with comprehensive lifestyle changes (B vitamins, I believe C/omega-3's, Vit D3, exercise, diet, hormones).  Can I hear an "Amen"?!?

What a different world it would be if we could get rid be if we could just get everyone following the above, eh?

Yip...totally agree Peak T.  Vits especially B ,C, D3 and omega 3  in reasonably large  doses.

Throw in another few of the miracles  along with the diet and excercise like Krill oil, Rhodiola and Korean ginseng and you can't help but feel massive improvements mentally and physically.

As discussed in other posts you just wonder how many poisons we are now taking into our systems that seem to be dropping the T levels of the next generation so drastically. Not good, and you have to wonder if lowT is kind of passed on to the children of low T sufferers on a genetic level ..now that is a scary thought!

Amen. I never expected that but the biggest change in TRT for me is mental, not physical. You should be proud Peak! Your site is pretty good.

...Your site is pretty good.

"Pretty" good!?!  How about "simply friggin incredible"?!?

No, just kidding.  I do what I can.  It's not perfect - that's for sure - but remember that most of it was written in the late night in bed with bloodshot eyes...

By the way, I could not agree more about the mental part.  In fact, if you boost a man's testosterone three fold or more, his comment is usually "Excelsior! I think the Big Bang just went off in my cranium!"  It can actually be uncomfortable for a bit even...

It's a very strange feeling for many men:  it's like someone has fired up a generator in their head.  The libido and morning erections will come a few days later generally and erections a few weeks later after the T receptors and venous leakage have improved.  But the brain is almost instant!
