Allergies and testosterone?

Will allergies lower testosterone? I have food allergies related to hay fever. I've seen somewhere that they supposedly lower testosterone. I get mild reactions from certain foods, like milk and apples. I wonder if this affects your baseline testosterone.

Interesting question. Of course, any stressor can potentially lower T a little, but I haven't read of such a connection. Let's do a little research and see if we can come up with something. Gotta run now tho.

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements. And low testosterone is a medical condition.
