I have Gut issues for sure. Celiac has been ruled out. I get tested for a Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth infection on May 21st.
On 3/3/15 my zinc was: Zinc 60 - 120 ug/dL 105
The Magnesium and Selenium I don't believe I have had tested.
B Vitamins are fine.
Inflammation or infection in GI tract is possible.
Do you eat a decent amount of fruit? Dairy? Wheat? I'm asking for a reason.

Usual Meal layout for the day is as follows:
Breakfast:
-3 eggs
-1 Tbl Butter
-1 Cup Almond Milk
-1 Cup of Oatmeal or 1/2 cup of Buckwheat
-1 Tbl Chia Seeds
-1/2 Cup of either sunflower seeds, peanuts, walnuts, or pecans
-maybe pure maple syrup
-dash of cinnamon
-1 cup of Green Tea
-1 cup of either raspberries, blueberries, blackberries. Or 2 Kiwis or an Orange
Lunch:
-3 Sardines
-1 Tbl Olive Oil
-1 whole red bell pepper
-3 carrots or 3 parnips or 1 cup of radishes
-1 handful of spinach or 3 stalks of Bok Choy
-a bit of salt or pepper
-2 to 3 slices of Dubliner Cheese or Swiss Cheese
Dinner:
salad-4 leaves of Romaine Lettuce with 1 whole tomato and 1 whole green zucchini squash
-1 to 2 Chicken Breasts
-1 cup of Quinoa or 1 Cup of Amaranth or 1 whole sweet potato or 1 cup of brown rice
-1-2 cups of some kind of vegetable of my liking. Usual Green string beans
-maybe some swiss cheese
Snacks:
-Peppermint Tea
-Too many nuts. either peanuts, pecans, or walnuts
-Green string Beans with peanut butter
I use to eat every vegetable, legume, and fruit under the sun until I switched to a Low FODMAP diet for IBS a month ago. I still fart nonstop.
