My Trial With Pregnenolone

Didn't taste bad, but need to do that steady to see if that works better for me.

Tasted a bit like chalk, did it too today.

Starting to suspect 50mg is too much, twice now in 3 days i had to use arimidex to push down estradiol, tomorrow im going with half a capsule a day.

Suspecting T is getting low, erections not what they used to be and ddint get any real improvement when i used arimidex yeasterday, 5 weeks since last injection next injection is next week

Got a year supply of testogel so will use 100mg a day the next couple of days to see what happens, if T is low then i should notice an improvement which indicates its not pregnenolone causing this.

You sure you are not too low with estadiol?  That can be an erection killer.

Sure i can not be since i have no way of testing it but a couple of weeks before last injection i didnt use arimidex at all and after the injection i only used it when i felt symptoms in an attempt to find lowest dose necessary, last injection was taken march 11 and have used 2.58mg arimidex since then.

I simply feel better dissolving the Preg and DHEA capsules under my tongue. Not energized but much more able to get things done around the house, more motivated, more positive outlook. I'm sleeping better at night, too.

What brand and/or type do you use? My pregnenonlone was low, Dr is hoping hcg will help that but if not would like to have that in my back pocket!]

Got another brand of pregnenolone on the way, dont feel any improvements with testogel

@Timmy11, I'm using the Pure Encapsulations pharm grade capsules. It takes 5-10 minutes to dissolve then you just rinse down the remains.

Sensitivity was increased both yeasterday and today, more to what i would call normal levels.
Been using testogel twice a day, morning and evening.

Its said gels increases DHT, perhaps it is one factor of how stimulation is perceived.

Sighs a lot  only lasted 2 days, yeasterday it was more like someone had rubbed lidokain all over my penis :/

Sleep is ok, had not had a decent morning erection since i tried dhea, testogel is applied when waking up and after shower, using melatonin prior to sleep and feels like it increases quality a little.
Expect to receive pregnenolone from another manufacture next week, will use testogel 2 more days then stop when i get the next injection with nebido.

As it looks today sensitivity is the main issue, erections are mostly ok to good.

Yeasterday i got an injection with nebido and if i dont feel any improvement in the next couple of days i will quit since erections are pretty bad, difficult to get hard, dont last long and go soft very easy  and also fail to notice women in skin tight clothes on the bicycle lane(first week with summer temperatures).

17 hours ago i took 1/3mg arimidex and does not seem to help, have not decided yet if i will take another dose before quitting or not to rule out high estradiol.
Testogel had temporary ok effect then it dropped off to about nothing at all.

You might want to pull DHEA, DHT and/or thyroid?

Have no way of checking dhea and dht due to public health care, expecting a letter with latest tests for tsh and free t4 tomorrow but i seriously doubt they are off since i use 100mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg triiodthyronin a day.

Might add that im feeling grumpy today which have been listed as a symptom of high estradiol 

Since there is alot of writing about vitamin D, have taken 100.000 UI the last 2 months, pushed me from 24.4->52nmol/L which is barely in range, below 50 is at risk of deficiency.

Have you seen the other cautiionary thread on Vitamin D?  I guess there's a study that says that fertility declines at about 50 or something.
