Hey, I was just kidding...

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.

I found the ultimate drinking container:

"Fill this eco-friendly insulated bottle with a Just Protein shake (or your coffee, juice or tea) and go. Compact and light, it holds a full 20 oz. and has a big 3-inch mouth for easy filling, pouring and cleaning. High-quality, 18/8, food-grade stainless steel, double-walled construction, stays cold up to 24 hours, hot up to 6 hours; BPA-free."

BPA free. A little expensive, but definitely worth it. I'm going to buy one.

I'd buy it just for the name...

yeah, have one of those...just can't bring your water through security, so you're kinda locked into fountain water...again, no huge deal, but whatever...
