Another guinea pig here. My current protocol is 24 mg T enanthate eod, 100 IU hCG ed, and 0.1 mg anastrozole eod. I've only been on this a week, but so far, so good. I will report numbers in a few weeks. I switched to enanthate to get sesame oil as carrier; I had some injection site reactions with cypionate, which may have been caused by the cottonseed oil.

Approximate levels (peak): TT: 700 ng/dL, E2: 30 pg/mL, DHEA-S: 300 ug/dL, SHBG: 30 nMol/L

Is it pretty easy to get enanthate over here?

Yes, I went that route because Sam's Club pharmacy had it in stock. Insurance price was still only $8, out-of-pocket would had been $65 for the 5 ml bottle (200 mg/ml).

I have been on 75 mgs weekly of Sustenon, and around 1050 HCG units (weekly also) for two months. Arimidex half tablet a week.

I will have blood tests this coming Saturday. I'll post results.

Yup, current protocol is 50 mg twice a week sq and 150 iu of hcg daily.  Just transitioned to this new protocol about a month ago.  I need to get new bloodwork done as I think I need to bump my t cyp up a bit based on how I am feeling.

Hi Bear:

I recall Dr. Crisler's previous protocol for TRT patients supplementing with HCG was adding up to 500I.U. per week on top of the TRT regimen.

It sounds like he has modified/relaxed this threshold- are you aware if he is proposing a new weekly maximum with other patients as well?

Anyone aware if he has articulated a new weekly upper limit?

Good Evening!

Well, I shall post my basic total HRT protocol, just to add a different viewpoint:

I have 8 to 10 SottoPelle testosterone pellets and 1 DHEA pellet inserted every six months,

300 IU hCG sub-Q Monday through Friday; cumulative 1,500 IU per week.

.05 mg Letrozole sub-lingual Monday night.

Results are serum T approx 1050 to 1100 ng/dl, E2 about 16 to 20, other numbers mentioned in my
signature block.

This protocol works WONDERFULLY, my companion and I are very happy.

Just my .02....

14 May 2015 blood work: Serum T: 1,264 ng/dL (one month since LAST pellet insert procedure);
                            Free Testosterone: 21.7 pg/mL
                            Estradiol (ultrasensitive): 17.4 pg/mL
                            PSA (Roche ECLIA): 3.1 ng/mL  (March 2014 = 2.6 ng/mL)
                            D3: 77 ng/dL
                            Prolactin: 7.0 ng/mL
                            Cortisol: 6.9 mcg/mL (down from 12.8 one year ago)

My doctor has some of his patients on 5000IU once a week. I don't really see the point of going so high because it's just going to put their estradiol through the roof, and then they'll need to take anastrozole. When I was on TRT I took 500IU three times a week.

My view is that it's best to start as low as possible, then titrate up if needed.
