Quite very possibly - although for it to hit that hard that quickly like it is supposed to, got me wondering. The other usual suspects take a little longer to build.
From what I've heard over the subsequent years it's hit or miss and doesn't work for everyone. I have a buddy who takes it and insists it's so strong he can NOT finish no matter what he does. There's a bit of a placebo effect to be had as well, for sure I'd bet.
But the biggest downside I can assess is that it's not dose dependant. However long it gives you is however long it gives you, and taking more won't lengthen that time, it will only amplify the side effects - instant libido drop.
That's the silly thing about how the whole SSRI group work for PE. They just kill the over excitement by crushing your drive and numbing your senses, ruining the whole experience - although Priligy is supposed to do it momentarily and then get out of your body just as fast.
