I've got two studies on this page showing that even mildly elevated homocysteine levels lead to erectile dysfunction and heart disease.  I wonder how many guys on here are struggling because of it.

And guess why homocysteine is such a big deal in the bedroom?  It lowers nitric oxide levels!

maybe a note that some people(like me) must supplement with B6 to normalise elevated homocystein, b12 and folic acid isnt always enough.
