My doc told me that that was okay ans thats not my "low testosterone" the problem. But i see on the biology that my free testo is low and my biodisponible high...
the 2 aren't linked?

My vi D was low too: 18    30-80. I began yesterday to take vit d  . Can it have an effect on my social anxiety , tiredness and concentration?

First time I viewed it I couldn't see the numbers either. Had to open it outside the forum software to see them:
T 310 (240-870)
SHBG 18 (10-80)
FT 12.64 (13-60)
"Testo biodisponible NP" 199.4 (100-350)
"Testo biodisponible" 64.3 (12.3-63)
DHEA 431 (59-452)
Cortisol 13.2 (two diff ranges for AM and PM, no idea when test was done, but within range)

Vitamin D is a very important "master hormone" and your level is way too low. It can have an effect on all the things you mentioned. You should be aiming for a Vitamin D level of at least 50 and yours is 18.

You also need to take a lot more vitamin D than may be indicated to get your levels up. Take vitamin D3 (not D2) by using the formula: weight in lbs * 35IU per day.

Example: you weigh 200lbs, 200x35IU = 7000IU Vitamin D3 per day.

Vitamin D is fat soluble so if you have more body fat you may need even more. It takes about 3 months after supplementing for your levels to go up on a blood test.

As you probably know, yourtotal  testosterone is low and your SHBG is as well.  Check these links out:

yep i know. But this is impossible to get TRT in belgium :/. I began to lift weight and vit D . We will see in some month if it improve my state

You can get it at a private clinic, right?  But then you pay cash and it is expensive, correct?  And I'm just asking, because I am curious.

It don't really exist in belgium for TRT. there is private clinic for esthetic chirurgy etc but for the rest no. Or i go see a GP or a specialised physician who works in an hospital :/.

Wait though.  What about for fertility.  If a man has infertility, he has to go on HCG/HMG or Clomid and both will increase testosterone.

I don't know for that. I'm 23 so i did't talk of that and don't know if i'm infertile or not. But you say that if i go to the endo and tell him that i cannot have a baby with my girlfriend he will give me a treatment that will increase my testosterone?

Wait.  I'm not tell you SHOULD do anything.  But I'm just pointing out that often they are loopholes with laws and regulations that make no sense?  Think about it:  an infertile guys' testicles or pituitary or hypothalamus do not work properly, so they are willing to medicate because it makes sense.  But a man with very low testosterone also will probably have a similar issue with his testicles or pituitary or hypothalamus and yet they won't treat?!?  Why?  It makes no sense.

Also, you might be low estradiol if you are low testosterone.  This happens all the time and it will lead to slow bone loss and osteopenia and eventually osteoporosis, which is very ugly.  You can probably get treated if you have low estradiol for example.  Many men that are low testosterone are anemic.  You could probably get treated if you are anemic.

Again, I am not pushing HRT or another treatment such as Clomid or HCG Monotherapy.  But I am hoping that some of the men overseas will begin to push back on silly laws and regulations and get things changed.  I feel for you guys as the U.S. was very similar about ten year ago.
