Well, there is no direct study that spits out a specific number as far as I know.  However, there are some general principles that I think are worthy of notice and recognition:

--The less body fat, the lower your estradiol goes.  Many men will find a big improvement in erectile strength as that estradiol drops.  Imo this is shown by the number of men helped by Arimidex while on HRT.

--Some men, especially if they lose a lot of weight, will dramatically increase their testosterone, which improves blood flow, artery health and nitric oxide levels.

--As your abs look better, the wife will be tackling you as you walk in the door and your intercourse frequency will probably double or triple.  Okay, I just made that up, but even if it increases a little, it will improve your health:

Imo, basically, as low as you can go right down to the show-your-abs level will give you continual improvement.

Now there is a counterargument:  some studies show survival rates greater for those with a little weight.  The reason, according to some experts, is that having a little pudge is a reserve for major illness.  If you have 10% body fat and you get a major staff infection, the theory is that you have no calvary to come to the rescue.

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.

ya that's kind of what I expected

My T is very high at 921 total & 22 free.  I think my body fat is currently in the 14-15% range.  You can definitely see my abs if I flex my core but not with a relaxed stomach.

As far as the wife jumping all over me, last time I got in the 10-12% range my wife told me I was too skinny, despite the fact that I have a lot of muscle mass.   :o

Thanks

Oh.

Well, you're gonna have to rely on your wit, humor and charm I'm afraid.

If that'doesn't work, just take out the trash a couple of times...
