Is there a certain body fat % we should strive for to help w/ increased erections?
Well, there is no direct study that spits out a specific number as far as I know. However, there are some general principles that I think are worthy of notice and recognition:
--The less body fat, the lower your estradiol goes. Many men will find a big improvement in erectile strength as that estradiol drops. Imo this is shown by the number of men helped by Arimidex while on HRT.
--Some men, especially if they lose a lot of weight, will dramatically increase their testosterone, which improves blood flow, artery health and nitric oxide levels.
--As your abs look better, the wife will be tackling you as you walk in the door and your intercourse frequency will probably double or triple. Okay, I just made that up, but even if it increases a little, it will improve your health:http://www.peaktestosterone.com/Sex_Is_Good_For_You
Imo, basically, as low as you can go right down to the show-your-abs level will give you continual improvement.
Now there is a counterargument: some studies show survival rates greater for those with a little weight. The reason, according to some experts, is that having a little pudge is a reserve for major illness. If you have 10% body fat and you get a major staff infection, the theory is that you have no calvary to come to the rescue.
