Help! I need Some Amazon Reviews.

I’m pretty excited as I now finally have my book on Kindle, iTunes and even in paperback.  But I need some decent Amazon reviews to get the rolling!

If anyone feels so inclined to help out – reviews are only legitimate from those who actually purchase it – and give a review, I would really appreciate it.  The electronic version is very reasonable in my humble opinion for a nearly 400 page book.  And, no, you don't have to read the whole thing!   ;D

Anyway, I’ve gotten good feedback on it but, unfortunately, not many reviews yet.  So if you feel so inclined, here it is:

30yrs old, 5'11, 180lbs. Issue: Battled low libido/ED issues the natural way for years and failed. Now seeing if TRT will help.

6/16:
T in the 200-300 range.
Started Clomid 25mg. Titrated down to 12.5mg
Started Anastrozole 0.3mg twice a week
Started Tadalafil 5mg a day.

12/16:
T was 900ish, estradiol 30ish
Stopped Clomid. Was responsive to clomid on paper but not symptom-wise.
Started HCG monotherapy 350IU daily
Started CDG 500mg twice daily

2/17:
T 350ish, Estradiol 10ish
Stopped HCG monotherapy because I wasn't responsive on paper and symptom-wise.
Started T, 80mg twice a week
Increased HCG 500IU twice a week

4/17:
Still ED, but a positive sign of increased morning wood! Lowered T dosage to 64mg twice a week.

5/17:
Taking a mixture of supplements daily. First time I've seen a great improvement in ED symptoms.
